Meet The Team!

Wendy Lahn, Esq.

Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS 2052104

I am a seasoned professional who is dedicated to helping my clients achieve their financial goals. With my expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, I am the ideal partner for anyone looking to buy a home, secure a mortgage and achieve their dream of homeownership. I have been in the real estate industry collectively for 31 years, initially licensed for Real Estate in 1987. I worked solo and in big brick and mortar offices, but went virtual in 2017. In 2020, during the pandemic, I decided to add mortgages to my skillset and became licensed as a Loan Officer, NMLS 2052104, licensed and approved to write mortgages in nearly half the states in the U.S.

I have achieved the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and e-Pro designations from the Natl. Assn. of Realtors, which are symbols of excellence in the real estate industry. Only a small percentage of all agents earn the CRS designation. I enjoy working with clients and colleagues virtually, through Cloud-Based and AI technologies. I also have special training for doing VA mortgages and HECMs (home equity conversion mortgages or reverse mortgages). Being licensed with a mortgage broker like E Mortgage Capital offers the best of all worlds to our clients; best pricing, best variety of products, and best service. Check us out. We aim to please.
