Wendy decided to broaden her knowledge base and entered the mortgage lending field, and is in her fifth year of brokering mortgage loans. Wendy is licensed in multiple states, having access to 48 states, being brokered by Loan Factory, Inc.. Joining Loan Factory is very exciting for Wendy, as Loan Factory is changing focus to helping its Loan Officers become successful in brokering mortgages and scaling their businesses to new heights in the industry.
